We aim for correctness and document the assumptions behind each tool in Tools Methodology, but we do not warrant that any result is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation.

Calculators implement standard, documented formulas and produce a result from the inputs you give them. Two consequences follow:

• The formula may not be the one your situation requires. Different jurisdictions, contracts, and institutions use different conventions for the same-sounding calculation.
• The result inherits every assumption in your inputs. A projection is arithmetic on your figures, not a forecast.
• Rounding and precision settings change results. Where a tool exposes a precision control, the displayed answer depends on it.

EMI, interest, GST, discount, invoice, and investment-projection tools are educational estimators. They are not financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice, and they do not account for your full circumstances.

• Rates, tax rules, thresholds, and slabs change, and a tool may not reflect the version that applies to you on the date you use it.
• Lenders, tax authorities, and accounting software apply their own rounding, fees, and conventions. Their figure is the one that counts, not ours.
• Projections assume conditions that will not hold. Past or assumed returns do not indicate future results.
• Verify anything that affects a filing, a loan, a contract, or a payment with a qualified professional or the official source.

BMI, BMR, calorie, hydration, pregnancy, and cycle tools use common population-level formulas. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not account for individual medical conditions, medication, body composition, or clinical context.

• Population formulas are poor predictors for individuals, including athletes, older adults, children, and people with medical conditions.
• Due-date and cycle estimates are approximations. Only a clinician can assess a pregnancy.
• Never delay seeking medical advice, or change medication or treatment, because of anything a tool here displayed.
• In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

Reconova reports a quality score, findings per column, and clusters of near-duplicate records. Each has a specific limit worth understanding:

DocForge produces the document you designed, populated with the data you supplied. It does not check whether the content is true, whether you are entitled to issue it, or whether it satisfies any legal or administrative requirement.

• A generated offer letter, certificate, invoice, or notice carries no official, legal, academic, or regulatory status by virtue of having been generated.
• Validation checks the data against your template — required fields, formats, duplicate filenames. It cannot tell you a value is wrong, only that it is missing or malformed.
• You are responsible for ensuring generated documents meet your organisation's legal, tax, academic, or administrative requirements before you issue them.
• Proofread a sample before running a batch. Producing four hundred copies of a mistake is faster than producing one.

SpecTrace compares two document versions structurally and reports what it found. The quality of that answer depends heavily on the documents.

• A clean, text-based PDF or Word file extracts reliably. A low-quality scan does not, and text recognition on a poor scan can misread digits, units, and decimal points — precisely the values that matter most.
• Every finding carries a confidence level, and uncertain findings are marked rather than presented as fact. Treat a low-confidence finding as a prompt to check the page, not as a result.
• Coverage is reported per comparison. A page that could not be read is stated as unread rather than silently treated as unchanged.
• We publish no accuracy percentage, because a figure measured on our test documents would tell you nothing about yours.
• SpecTrace supports a review; it does not perform one. It does not certify compliance with any standard, and finalising a review is not a legally binding signature.

A small number of career tools use a language model to analyse or draft text you supply. These are drafting aids.

• Language models produce fluent text that can be confidently wrong. Verify every factual claim before use.
• Do not let AI-assisted text state qualifications, employment history, or achievements that are not accurate — doing so may also breach our Content Policy.
• Output may resemble existing material. Check for third-party rights before publishing.
• AI features are not career, legal, immigration, or employment advice, and no outcome — an interview, an offer, an approval — is implied or promised.
• Reconova, DocForge, and SpecTrace do not use AI. Their outputs are deterministic, which is a different kind of limitation, not an absence of one.

• SEO tools generate or check markup against public conventions. No ranking, indexing, traffic, or approval outcome is promised — search engines do not work that way and nobody can promise otherwise.
• Formatters, validators, and converters follow the specifications they implement. Test generated code, schema, regular expressions, and configuration in your own environment before deploying it.
• File and image tools depend on your browser's capabilities. Behaviour can differ between browsers and devices, and very large files may exceed available memory.
• Always keep an original copy of any file before processing it.

Pages may link to external sites and reference third-party services, formats, and standards. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Parts of the platform depend on third-party providers whose availability and behaviour are outside our control.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change or be withdrawn, maintenance and provider incidents may interrupt access, and no uptime guarantee applies to any self-service plan. Do not build a process with a hard deadline around a tool being reachable at a particular moment without a fallback.

You decide what to do with an output. Review results before relying on them, keep originals of anything you process, and treat any consequential decision as needing a second source.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motifuse is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on tool outputs, generated documents, comparison findings, or AI-assisted text. The full position is in the Terms of Service, and nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
