Pricing, privacy & billing

Reconova is explicit about what runs locally, what uses the secure cloud, and how billing works.

Is browser mode really free?: Yes. Profiling, the full transformation library, validation rules, fuzzy deduplication, golden records, and every export run locally on your device — no upload, and no account needed to try it.
So what am I paying for on Pro?: Scale. Secure cloud processing handles files up to 100 MB — including Excel, Parquet, and NDJSON — with higher monthly job and data limits, canonical Parquet outputs, and masked quality reports.
Does Reconova upload my data?: Not in browser mode. Secure upload is always an explicit choice: the file goes directly to private object storage under a short-lived, single-object permission, and outputs are retained only for a limited window before automatic deletion.
Monthly or annual?: Both are available where configured for your region. Applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout before any payment is authorized.
Can I cancel?: Yes, from your workspace. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle — access and cloud results continue until then, and nothing is deleted early.
What is the Business tier?: Higher cloud quotas — more jobs, more processed data, and more active projects per cycle. It is provisioned by contacting us rather than through self-serve checkout.
